what happened to the cheap .45 ammo thread?
 

Seems like there was some sub 50 cents a round ammo out there a few weeks ago.

Looking to feed my new xp .45.

I'm also looking to buy some mags and extension sleeves for it and a lefty shoulder holster.

Any ideas?

Check with Georgia Arms. They had quite a bit with them when they came through on the gunshow tour a few weeks ago.

I doubt you are, but if so, LAX Firing Range has really good prices on range ammo.

Has anybody ever gone to a range, rented a gun, purchased the ammo for the gun, set the gun down and took the ammo home?

I sure have considered doing it on a few occasions.

Same here. I've been dealing with them for a long time. They had some issues earlier this year keeping up with online orders, but I think that has calmed a bit. Their 230 gr ball has been pretty accurate for me.
.34/round is about as cheap as I have been able to find lately.

They have good prices for sure but their website shows the cans as out of stock due to component shortages. :no_ma:
